RRDEN TWO QUARTERLY MEETINGS HELD

The Regional Research and Development Network (RRDEN) Quarterly Meetings were conducted on September 15-16, 2009 and October 16, 2009 respectively, at Department of Agriculture-Central Mindanao Integrated Agricultural Research Center (DA-CEMIARC), Amas, Kidapawan City.
The RRDEN meetings were conducted in order to mobilize the Regional Research, Development and Extension (RDE) Network, identify respective roles and responsibilities of all research institutions both public and private as entry point of convergence, strengthen linkages, complementation and collaboration among Research Development and Extension network members for a unified plan and a common direction and to formulate, update and implement Regional Integrated Research, Development/Extension Agenda and Program (RIRDEAP) in the region..
During the meetings, Research, Development and Extension Network members, updated the RIRDEAP based on the Regional, Provincial and Municipal agricultural crop priorities. The updated RIRDEAP of Region XII will be submitted to DA-BAR soonest possible time.
